We are a Low Cost/High Quality Spay & Neuter clinic in South Orange
County. Dr. Matthew Wheaton of Alicia Pet Care Center has opened this
facility to help address the animal over population issue. Anesthesia,
IV fluids, monitoring of vitals, and take home pain medication is included
in our pricing.
